Conversion.ai Review: The latest solution to all your content writing worries

custom content creation

I’m not one of those writers that pretend like writing is always fun. To be honest, that guy is draining.

Although I’ve made thousands of dollars writing (Fiverr Big Boy ), I’m not going to lie and say I really had fun writing every time. Sometimes I’m hesitant to even open my word processor. Other times when it seems like the whole world has motivated me, I still find myself staring at blank pages for what feels like forever.

This annoying pattern continued every morning and every night, until one day when I went to watch Marvel’s Avengers at the cinema. There I met a former high-school colleague. While we were having a little chat, I happened to lipslip (hmmm… just coined that) my writing struggles.

Then he laughed and said, “Are you the only writer alive who hasn’t heard about AI copywriting tools like Jarvis?”

As you can expect, my next question was: What the heck is Jarvis?

What is Jarvis?

Jarvis is an AI-powered content writing tool developed by Conversion.ai. It relies on machine learning and artificial intelligence to help writers craft excellent write-ups, as well as SEO-optimized web content, from scratch.

And before you ask, YES, Jarvis can write just about any type of content for you.

You know what’s more interesting? Conversion.ai has some pre-designed templates for each of these content types. That means you can simply pick a template and edit it into any form of content you want.

How is Jarvis able to do all this? What’s powering Conversion.ai?

Jarvis is based on the popular AI language “Generative Pre-Trained Transformer 3” (GPT-3), which is an autoregressive model that uses deep learning to produce human-like text.

Technically speaking, this is what this technology entails:

  • You input a line of text into the system
  • The system takes time to understand the context of the passage by analyzing keywords
  • It conjures up another piece of appropriate information based on the initial context.

Benefits of buying Jarvis

Perhaps you’re still not sure why you need to buy Jarvis. Let me change that impression by listing out some of the things you stand to gain.

  • No more writer’s block: It doesn’t matter how excellent a writer you are; there will be times when you simply can’t cough anything up. During these times, Conversion.ai’s tool can be of help.
  • No more outsourcing your writing tasks: With Jarvis, you no longer need to hire freelancers, writers, or agencies to help with your writing needs.
  • No more wasted time: Perhaps it’s been taking you 2-4 hours to create content. Jarvis can cut that down to less than 10 minutes.
  • No more guesswork: Traditionally, writers create pieces and then hope (or pray to God) to see results. With Jarvis, all your write-ups are created by a system that understands Google’s algorithm, customer behavior, social media algorithms, and ad optimization.
  • Effective write-ups: From emails to ads to articles, Jarvis will write your pieces for you in a way that’ll guarantee results.

Having said all this, let’s take a look at some interesting features of Conversion.ai’s Jarvis and how to use them.

Features of Jarvis (and how to use them)

The main features of Jarvis are linked to the Conversion.ai “content writing templates,” or “content building blocks,” as some people prefer to call them. Every Jarvis feature and functionality is built on these templates.

Among these templates are the 34 content types mentioned earlier. Unfortunately, because of the breadth of the list, we won’t be able to explore each one of them.

However, we’ll touch on the most important templates and use those to give you a glimpse of what you stand to gain by writing with Jarvis.

Conversion.ai templates: Uses and how they work

The way the templates on Conversion.ai work is pretty straightforward.

Once you’ve decided on the type of content you want to write, you simply pick the right template to fit that purpose. After that, Jarvis provides you with a description box where you can briefly explain what you want to write about.

This description box has a word count limit of 600 characters, which means you won’t have more than about 100 words to tell Jarvis everything about your piece.

The good news is that Jarvis is a smart AI tool, so you don’t need to say much for it to grasp your message.

Once done, Jarvis returns your piece to you. And before you ask, yes, the resulting piece is usually more than 600 characters. If you want to improve on it, you can easily break it down into batches and then re-input it into the system for Jarvis to generate further writing samples.

THE TEMPLATES

1.) LONG-FORM ASSISTANT

The first and most popular content framework is the long-form assistant. This template works like your normal word processor, except it’s not.

It is basically built for creating longer articles, emails, scripts, books, and stories. Whether you’re a business owner, marketer, blogger, or freelancer, as long as your intended piece is a long-form write-up, this is the template you’ll use.

At its core, this template has two modes, which are:

  • A blank document where you can start typing freely, and
  • An assistant workflow.

I’m assuming you need Jarvis to do all of the writing, which means mode #1 is never an option. In that case, you can select mode #2.

If you select the long-form assistant workflow, you’ll need to describe the content you want Jarvis to create, as mentioned earlier. Again, it’s worth reiterating this: The better your content description, the higher the quality of the content Jarvis will create.

HOW DOES THE LONG-FORM ASSISTANT WORK?

Let me show you an example of how this template functions.

Say we want to write something with a subject line like this: “What it took to finally release Zack Snyder’s 2021 Justice League.

You enter a description as shown below.

Notice that I added three keywords. Keywords are important to help Jarvis better understand the context of your description.

After this step, you’ll have to specify a title. But the beauty of Jarvis is that even after your title specification, the system will come up with other exciting title ideas.

In the example above, I specified my title as The Challenges of Releasing Zach Snyder’s Justice League 2021.

Using this, Jarvis generated the following title ideas:

As you can see, these titles are really exciting. Immediately when I saw them, I felt like I had the wrong title idea all along. I jumped at the fourth suggestion right away: “The Darkest, Toughest …”

Next is the actual content creation. Jarvis expects you to start with the intro.

Based on the content description specified earlier, Jarvis creates a bunch of intro paragraph suggestions for you to choose from. At this point, it’s up to you to read each suggestion to see what fits. This is important because not every suggestion will align with your context.

See the intro suggestions Jarvis gave me:

As you’ll notice, not all lines of the above statements make sense or are contextually relevant. Therefore, the onus is on you to pick out what fits, adjust it appropriately, and discard the rest.

2.) FRAMEWORK TEMPLATES

This template is built for writing marketing pieces like sales copy, ads, copy intros, email newsletters, and other forms of promotional content.

It’s best suited to brands or websites that need to promote their offerings.

Under this framework, there are three templates, and each one is built upon successful marketing strategies that many experts have used over the years.

  1. The AIDA template: AIDA is a marketing acronym for Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action. Choose this framework template when you want Jarvis to write your copy in a four-part form, where one part catches the customer’s attention, another addresses their fears/worries, then the next appeals to their desires and the last calls them to action.
  2. The PAS template: PAS stands for Problem, Agitate, and Solution. When you choose this template, it means you want Jarvis to show the reader (customer) how your product solves their problem.
  3. The Bridge-After-Bridge template: The acronym for this is BAB. It’s a good template to use if you have before-and-after proof to back up the effectiveness of your products, and it works to get a consumer from a bad place to a better one.

HOW DOES THE FRAMEWORK TEMPLATE WORK?

An example on AIDA:

Let’s say our business is a salon, with the company name “Beauty Saloon,” and we need some web copy to share on Facebook, a business website, or other platforms.

We simply come to Conversion.ai and follow the prompts to have the Jarvis system develop something for us. Jarvis will ask you for details like company/product name, product description, and tone of voice.

In this case, I specified:

Product name: Beauty Saloon

Product description: Beauty Saloon

Tone: Confident

Noticed how I misspelled “salon” in the product description above? That was intentional. I wanted to see just how smart the Jarvis AI is.

An example on PAS:

Using the same case study as in the AIDA example, say we enter:

Product name: Sharmila’s Beauty Salon

Product description: General beauty salon services, including skin care, body care, facials, manicures, pedicures, bleaching, tanning, polishing, hair treatments, haircuts, etc.

Tone: Motivational

An example on BAB:

Buy the Conversion.ai Jarvis tool today to explore BAB for yourself. I promise you won’t regret it.

3.) PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Next up is Conversion.ai’s product description template, which is useful for online retailers and businesses. If you have products you’d like to describe, this template represents a good way to save yourself the hassle.

As you’ll see in the examples below, Jarvis does a good job at writing product descriptions. I tried to describe two products and here’s what I got.

FIRST PRODUCT

Product name: Ultimate Addons for Beaver Builder

Product description: Supercharge Beaver Builder with 60+ powerful modules, 200+ section templates & 1200+ page templates to build WordPress websites in record time! This Beaver Builder Addon is here to make website building an ultimate journey for you all.

Obviously, suggestion #1 is good but will need some edits. For me, suggestion #2 looks off-point, talking about social media and all. But suggestion #3 looks the best.

SECOND PRODUCT

Product name: Adam’s Tire Center

Product description: I wrote that Adam’s Tire Center offers the cheapest tires in the whole United States, and it was rated the second-best at providing road hazard warranty to car owners.

4.) CONTENT IMPROVER

Here, Jarvis shows off its article rewriting skills. With this template, you can easily improve the quality of your already written text.

What’s even more exciting about this template is that it totally kills off the idea of plagiarism. Suppose you find a paragraph or passage you love on one of your competitors’ sites, but you don’t have the time to sit down and rewrite it into something unique. You can easily plug the text into the Conversion.ai content improver template, and the system will transform the piece for you.

Nice and simple!

To get a feel for this feature, I simply plugged one line of text into the content improver template.

I wrote: “Look into our workshop where you’ll find our men at work, the standards we follow and the cars that roll out of here.”

The first is okay but not really accurate. The second is awesome. The third is kind of out of context. By and large, I would say Jarvis did a great job since we have at least one option that works.

5.) CREATIVE WRITING

To be honest, I was quite skeptical when I first saw the claim that Jarvis could do creative writing. From experience, I know just how difficult that type of writing can be.

So, I was enthusiastic to see how the Jarvis AI fared.

As an example, I wrote: “When you don’t update your WordPress website, it becomes susceptible to hacking and cyberattacks. In this post, we are going to discuss 15 security scanners which will help you detect a hack.”

Honestly, this is better than what most average writers would churn out. It is an excellent creative piece that even a skilled writer would be proud of.

6.) BLOG POST CONTENT/TOPIC IDEAS

It doesn’t matter how good a writer you are; there will be days when you simply can’t find a topic to write about. Maybe it’s because the well is dry, or because research isn’t yielding any positive results.

Whatever the case, Conversion.ai has a way of bailing you out.

The blog topic idea template is a way for bloggers, content marketers, and copywriters to never run out of subject matter to discuss.

For example, I specified the following details:

Product/Company name: Petomania

Product description: Golden doodle dogs, doodle puppies, F1B golden doodles, poodle, retriever dogs, petite pet puppies, designer dogs, golden doodle grooming.

Audience: Dog lovers, dog breeders, dog owners, pet fanciers.

Product/Company name: Best Shape

Product description: Non-invasive weight loss service

Audience: Anyone interested in shedding weight.

7.) EMAIL SUBJECT LINES

An email subject line is what determines whether an email gets opened by a recipient or ignored.

As such, if you’re using email marketing to reach your audience, it’s highly important to put your best effort into crafting your subject lines.

Luckily, Conversion.ai has a template to that effect.

Let’s see this template at work, shall we?

Product name: Mad Cakes

What is your email about?: Introducing a cake delivery shop that delivers cake throughout the US.

If you’re a cake person, there’s no way you will see an email with this tagline and not open it.

8.) PERSUASIVE BULLET POINTS

Persuasive bullet points are a content writing tool used when the writer feels that the reader might be more interested in learning about the product features/benefits instantly.

This writing style presents your solutions/benefits to the reader in bullet points, saving them the stress of reading through long blocks of text.

In practice, persuasive bullet points demand that a writer first understands the context of the writing before they can summarize it into bullet points.

Strange how Jarvis achieves this in less than 5 seconds. I guess that affirms what everybody already thinks about Jarvis – that it is the father of AI tools.

Here’s another example:

Product/Company name: Astra

Product Description: Astra is a theme that makes building websites fun and easy. It is easy to use even for non-techies. Many people like the theme as it is super fast and does not add any bloated code. It also offers dedicated integration for popular plugins such as WooCommerce, LearnDash, LifterLMS, and so on.

9.) SENTENCE EXPANDER

This template is similar to the content improver we talked about earlier, but I’ve added it to the list because it’s also a great tool to add to your content writing arsenal.

Conversion.ai claims they help you expand your sentences with this tool. They claim they give your sentences more curve, angle, and deeper meaning.

I even see this template as another way to beat writer’s block, seeing as it expands your statements beyond your initial points of reasoning.

10.) YOUTUBE VIDEO WRITING

Our 10th template is for the YouTube realm. Here, Jarvis helps you to brainstorm content ideas, content titles, and even content outlines for your YouTube channel.

As any YouTube creator will confirm, one of the biggest challenges of running a channel is coming up with relevant video concepts that rank well on the platform.

Luckily, Jarvis has just the thing for YouTube creators, too.

Under the YouTube writing templates, I specified my niche as “homemade baking.”

Rounding off Conversion.ai templates

Like I said when we started this template discussion, it would be impossible to discuss every content template offered by Conversion.ai.

Though we’ve already talked about ten, we didn’t even cover one-third of what’s available. If you want to learn more about everything Jarvis can do for you, you should check their website out today.

Conclusion

Based on all we’ve said so far, it’s clear that Conversion.ai’s Jarvis is appropriate for both newbie writers and professional ones. It has all the right setup to assist a newbie every step of the way, while also having templates a pro can use in a plug-in-and-get-results fashion.

Would I recommend Jarvis to anyone? You bet I would.

I would recommend it to companies, freelancers, and agencies that do a lot of copywriting and content marketing. They will benefit the most because Jarvis eliminates the need to spend hours on simple writing projects.

I would also recommend it for people who run advert campaigns, be it on social media or other digital channels. They, too, will benefit because Conversion.ai helps them to generate new copy ideas faster.

I would also recommend Jarvis to online retailers and dropshippers, especially those with large product inventories. This tool can help hasten the process of creating product descriptions and reduce the cost of hiring freelance writers to help out.
