Kinds of articles we publish
To publish a guest post, it must satisfy the following conditions:
- Be casual in tone. Not formal or professional in tone
- Be of word length ranging from 1000-2,500 words, depending on subject complexity
- Include relevant and illustrative images (e.g., screenshots, photos, infographics, etc.)
- Include links to external media files added. That is, links for images added or videos embedded.
- Be up-to-date
Content Guidelines
- All guest posts must be unique, spot-on, and engaging. We won’t entertain boring guest posts.
- Any guest post submitted must not be found on any other blog or website, including yours.
- All posts should cover an approved topic and offer valuable information to readers
- All posts must be written in a point-and-example format. When you make a point, give a real-life example or case study that illustrates your claim.
- All posts must be backed by research proof. Include adequate research statistics to show that your claims are proven.
- All guest posts must be spell and grammar-checked before submission. We recommend Grammarly for this.
- All posts must be vetted for plagiarism before submission. We recommend Copyscape for this.
Content Styling
For your guest blogging appearance on our website, we demand that you use MLA Style Capitalization Rules for all your posts’ Titles. That is:
- Use capital letters for the first word in every title, subtitle, or subheading
- Use capital letters for all significant words in the title, subtitle, or subheadings
- Use capital letters for the second word in all hyphenated words. (e.g., E-Commerce, not E-commerce. Two-Fold, not Two-fold.)
- Use lowercase for all conjoining words (e.g., the, of, with, at, for, by, etc.)
How To Pitch a Guest Post?
Due to a high volume of guest blogging requests, we will only respond to pitches that meet our criteria. So, before you send us a pitch, make sure you read and follow this guideline.
- Don’t start your pitch with a fake compliment. Treat your pitch like a formal request.
- Indicate your blog name, website, or business name. Sending a pitch without an identity may come off as spam.
- Check out our blog and write for us page to understand the topics you can pitch
- Pitch at least three to five blog guest post ideas that resonate with our audience and also your audience. For example, if your blog is about insurance, kindly suggest ideas related to making money online and insurance.
- Put Hurryworld is Amazing in the subject line of your email so that we know you’ve read our guidelines.

How to submit a guest post
Kindly send your final draft as Google docs to the email above. We prefer Google doc files because, with them, we can easily communicate feedback within your draft.
Once you send us your post, here’s what follows:
- Our editors and writers will review your work and decide whether it fits the bill.
- If it does, we’ll communicate our decision with you and ask for revisions. Please note that it doesn’t matter whether we like your work; we’ll most likely request that you fix a thing or two.
- After a bit of back and forth with revisions, our team will accept your final draft and schedule it for publication
- We’ll notify you via email with the post link once your piece goes live.
